Description

You will provide 3-tier support and manage server and desktop environments, including physical and virtual infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and repair physical and virtual servers.
• Migrate physical servers to VMware virtual machines.
• Execute server and desktop patching, security updates, and software updates.
• Maintain approved security tools and policies while managing day-to-day incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Windows server management, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of IT operations experience.
• Extensive experience administering VMware and Citrix infrastructure.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining system hardware and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with SAN and NAS storage devices.
• Proficiency with Office 365 administration.

• Degree in any field of study.
