Description

You will manage and support global infrastructure technologies, with a primary focus on Citrix administration and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 Citrix support, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Develop, implement, and support infrastructure platform technologies.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to improve reliability, security, and performance.
• Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability across systems.
• Implement processes to increase operational effectiveness and decrease technology costs.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Citrix Technologies: Workspace, WEM, UPM, PVS, MCS, Storefront, Director, Studio, Licensing, Client, Gateway, XenApp 6.5, XenApp 7.1x, and Citrix Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare vCenter Server and ESXi virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory in multi-domain environments, including GPOs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Functional knowledge of various Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and PowerCLI.
• Experience with application support and managing server, storage, and networking technologies.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to service partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-premises applications to the cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
