You will engineer, manage, and oversee the organization's systems infrastructure, leading technical experts to implement hardware and software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and engineer systems infrastructure and design hardware/software solutions.
• Monitor system performance and maintain highly available servers.
• Lead and direct the work of technical experts and engineers.
• Oversee a large volume of server builds across various stages.
• Communicate status reports clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building highly available servers end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end stack, including tools and agents.
• Hands-on experience with IBM AIX, Linux, Websphere, and Oracle.
• Ability to coordinate technical experts to complete complex work.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve desired results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale server build lifecycles.
