Description

You will manage the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of desktop, laptop, and mobile computing devices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration and deployment of Windows and macOS desktop and laptop computers.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, administration, and repair for end-user devices, email, file shares, and Active Directory.
• Administer servers, software deployment, security updates, patches, and asset inventory.
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for team members.
• Review technical documentation and knowledge articles to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Track service request trends to work with clients on mitigating recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience providing direct internal employee IT support via phone and in person.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong expertise in MS/Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and network security practices.
• Hands-on experience with Windows image creation and deployment.
• Competency with Helpdesk ticketing systems and remote control support tools.
• Experience with mass deployment of hardware and software.
• Proficiency with interactive meeting technology such as WebEx or GoToMeeting.
• Ability to document processes and procedures for training purposes.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in mentoring and training department staff.
