Key Skills: Hyperv, Windows, Active Directory, Powershell

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain VMware ESXi, vCenter Server, vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V clusters.
• Manage Failover Clusters, Live Migration, vMotion, and Storage vMotion.
• Provide Level 2 to Level 3 operational support for complex infrastructure issues.
• Monitor system health, resource utilization, and capacity thresholds proactively.
• Implement security patches and updates following compliance policies.

Skills Required:

• 4 to 6 years of relevant IT infrastructure and virtualization administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere suite and Microsoft Hyper-V architecture.
• Strong command of Microsoft Windows Server (2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Experience with ITIL frameworks (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization operations.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Powershell.
