Description

You will implement and manage Microsoft 365 solutions, handling project delivery, migrations, and managed services for collaboration platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute migrations (M365 Tenant-to-Tenant, On-Prem to Cloud) and implement M365 features with project managers and architects.
• Configure, administer, and monitor Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID Connect.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to performance, connectivity, and security within Office 365 environments.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer by authoring documentation, revising knowledge base articles, and training lower-tier support teams.
• Identify process efficiencies, submit improvement recommendations, and participate in governance meetings for RCAs and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 tenant and services administration.
• Proven expertise in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Entra ID Connect administration.
• Experience with data migration tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan, or Mover.
• Knowledge of 3rd party email gateway systems (IronPort, Proofpoint, Defender for Microsoft 365).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Google/MS Collaboration suites.
• Technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities for complex environment issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience for automation and administration tasks.
• Experience contributing to technical innovations, PoCs, and research activities.
