Description

You will manage verification and validation for low production volume equipment through rigorous testing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and protocols for characterization, verification, validation, and reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and quality teams to derive test specifications from system requirements.
• Conduct lab tests involving software and hardware, documenting abnormal findings and performing root cause analysis to troubleshoot errors.
• Partner with development teams on risk management documentation including SRAs, PFMEAs, DFMEAs, and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Attend design reviews to ensure system models reflect design intent and provide feedback to improve usability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in design or systems for low production volume equipment.
• Experience with risk management documentation: SRA, PFMEA, DFMEA, and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Ability to design and execute characterization, verification, and validation tests.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting hardware/software integration errors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work independently on cross-functional teams.
• Experience working within sprint planning and daily management meeting structures.
