Description

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 collaboration services to ensure seamless organizational integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Automate system activities using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues, collaborating with vendors when necessary.
• Support the evolution of hybrid meeting environments through hardware and software configuration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system engineering or technical support.
• In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation.
• Experience with CoPilot Web and Power Platform.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships for issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MS365 licensing models and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Teams Phone, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Surface Hub.
• Experience with Zoom, Proofpoint, and Microsoft Viva Platform.
