Description

Lead system architecture, design, and development for large-scale, geographically distributed network environments with strict interface, performance, and security requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements analysis, data flow analysis, and technical trade-off assessments to resolve complex system issues.
• Implement system engineering practices including technical planning and risk assessments.
• Define task success criteria, develop test procedures, and manage system configuration documentation.
• Conduct capacity and performance planning for multiple systems and components in various configurations.
• Collaborate within Agile teams during program increment planning and interface with integration, test, and information assurance engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related technical fields.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing large integrated classified systems.
• Strong understanding of secure systems engineering and development.
• Proficiency with SysML or equivalent modeling languages.
• Experience performing systems engineering activities within Agile teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
• Strong technical verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or CAMEO.
• Software development, shell scripting, or Test Driven Development (TDD) experience.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or CUCMBER/similar TDD automation frameworks.
