Description

You will deploy and maintain photo software solutions on ships, handling installation, integration, and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Travel to ships to manage software installation and integration with existing systems.
• Configure networks, spin up servers, and ensure connectivity with infrastructure teams.
• Request and test firewall rules to secure software access.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance.
• Train onboard staff on system usage and document all configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting IT applications, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with SQL databases.
• Experience with IIS and the .NET framework.
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and API integration.
• Strong network configuration and firewall management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to travel frequently for shipboard deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the cruise industry or with shipboard IT systems.
