Description

You will manage and improve the TeamDynamix (TDX) enterprise ITSM platform, its integrations, and associated infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and mature the TeamDynamix platform to optimize service request forms, workflows, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Boomi iPaaS, APIs, and XML configuration files.
• Administer Windows servers, perform network security maintenance, and resolve log errors.
• Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) capabilities to track and audit hardware and software assets.
• Design, implement, and execute QA plans to ensure deliverables meet security policies and architecture standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or platform administration.
• Direct experience with TeamDynamix (TDX) or similar ITSM/ITAM platforms.
• Proficiency with Boomi iPaaS for cloud-based integrations.
• Strong SQL and SSMS skills for data management.
• Experience working with APIs and XML configuration files.
• Hands-on experience with Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools including Microsoft SCCM/MEMCM and JAMF.
• Familiarity with BeyondTrust/Bomgar and e-commerce workflows for hardware/software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating data jobs and integrating vendor systems with core platform tools.
