Description

You will design and deliver information-based solutions for the heavy equipment industry. You own the full software development lifecycle, translating customer needs into product requirements and delivering tested features.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring to development, testing, and delivery.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into new products and feature requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement system changes to resolve them.
• Develop solutions involving circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware.
• Provide technical support and constructive performance feedback through basic mentoring.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience with Earthmoving equipment and/or telematics solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Advanced Excel skills within the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with computer development software across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of electronic equipment, processors, and circuit boards.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerBi, Tableau, or MATLab/Simulink.
• Background in HIL/SIL testing.
