You will provide technology leadership for developing, integrating, and supporting Client Health’s Technology Voice Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Trading Voice services, focusing on engineering, operations assistance, monitoring, and controls.
• Manage and monitor Trading Voice infrastructure and perform ready-for-business checks.
• Provide L2/L3 engineering and troubleshoot all Trading Voice related issues.
• Certify new software releases and assess new features while adhering to internal controls and procedures.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors for support, change management, and manage escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Trader Voice Engineering.
• Deep expertise in SIP protocol and VoIP Telephony.
• Knowledge of Trader Voice systems including IPC systems, Hoots, Private Lines, and Cloud9.
• Experience running software in a VDI environment.
• Experience running VMs on ESXi and KVM environments.
• Experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL), administration, and query search operations.
• Understanding of CISCO telephony, MS Teams, and Skype for Business applications.
• Knowledge of standard Service Delivery methodologies (Agile, ITIL, ITSM).
• Experience working in a financial institution in technology.
