Description

Manage infrastructure health and troubleshoot day-to-day activities across production, QA, and Dev environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure health by analyzing performance metrics using Datadog, Splunk, and TrueView.
• Manage and configure application modules, CI/CD pipelines, and build infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot networking issues, TCP/IP connections, and cloud infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks using Python and Bash scripting.
• Execute SQL queries within Microsoft SQL environments and conduct vulnerability assessments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Domains, and Workgroups.
• Hands-on management of DHCP, DNS, and WINS.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN interface design.
• Experience with version control tools for code and configuration management.
• Ability to perform SQL queries in Microsoft SQL environments.
• Competency in risk management, including SWOT analysis within change management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites throughout the U.S.
