Description

Provision and manage enterprise-scale software across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provision and combine cloud and on-premises resources to support enterprise-scale products.
• Lead OS performance monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and web/application server configuration.
• Act as a liaison to the DevOps process within the project delivery team.
• Lead major incident response by interpreting data from OS, applications, and middleware to restore service.
• Create technical documentation for Level 1 and Level 2 teams to facilitate incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting or deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
• 2+ years of experience deploying and supporting systems in AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerized deployment strategies including Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes (AKS).
• Proficiency with configuration and deployment tools such as Chef, Rundeck, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics, SiteScope, Splunk, New Relic, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of full-stack operational concepts including Java, Node.js, Angular, and React.
• Understanding of certificate management, including SSL/TLS and client certificates.
• Solid grasp of network infrastructure: HTTP, TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM processes.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Kepner-Tragoe problem analysis.
