Description

You will manage and support Microsoft identity and server infrastructure within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Microsoft Active Directory in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Execute security initiatives specifically related to Active Directory.
• Collaborate on engineering documentation, including requirements, technical designs, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work across different technology teams to support large-scale AD or ADFS projects.
• Operate within ITIL processes, including CMDB and change controls.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS.
• 5+ years of experience supporting various versions of Microsoft Server.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and technical problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of DNS and WINS.
• Experience working within regulated environments.
• Experience with ITIL processes, CMDB, and change control management.
