Description

You will manage and optimize on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments to ensure global directory service stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily domain administration tasks and troubleshoot complex technical issues in hybrid environments.
• Manage enterprise-level Active Directory Domain Services integrated with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
• Implement and maintain Group Policy, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.
• Automate identity management, compliance reporting, and service configurations using PowerShell.
• Respond to security and operational incidents as part of a scheduled on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in medium to large enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, and DHCP.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for enterprise automation.
• Experience with Azure tenant configurations and Single Sign-On integrations.
• Hands-on experience with federation technologies including SAML and OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency using ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of domain-related disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or Microsoft role-based Expert certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
