Description

You will mature the ITSM tool suite through infrastructure development, system stabilization, and application deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and deployment of APM and SAM software suites.
• Deploy Configuration Automation software to ensure workstation and server change compliance.
• Develop reporting tools using Insights and JasperSoft B.O. to support ITSM functions.
• Manage vendor engagement and technical support requests.
• Lead projects from initial conception through to completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system engineering or related roles.
• Experience installing, configuring, and deploying server applications.
• Background in server administration and managing Microsoft server products.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with SCCM, SQL Databases, APM, SAM, and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience with Business Objects and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in PowerShell, Java, PHP, and APIs.
• Experience specifically with CA/Broadcom tools or utilities.
