Description

Lead system and board bring-up, debug, and validation for next-generation computing platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform CPU-level debug and root cause analysis of system-level hardware issues.
• Execute DDR memory initialization, training, validation, and debug.
• Conduct PCIe bring-up, link training, protocol validation, and compliance testing.
• Support platform development across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with signal quality validation and timing analysis.
• Drive issue triage, root cause analysis, and corrective action for hardware failures.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of hands-on experience in system engineering, platform validation, or hardware bring-up.
• Strong experience in DDR memory interfaces (mandatory).
• Proficiency in PCIe validation and debug, including high-speed digital and memory interfaces.
• Experience with low-speed protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG.
• Hands-on experience with lab tools including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
• Ability to collaborate with BIOS, firmware, and software engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FPGA development and debug.
• Knowledge of x86 architecture and signal integrity/power integrity validation.
