Description

You will handle the operational health and maintenance of core IT infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 technical incidents across hardware, systems, and applications.
• Respond to service disruptions and system alerts promptly to minimize downtime.
• Execute daily health checks and review system logs for anomalies.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including scheduled backups and OS/firmware upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and tune configurations as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT System Administration or infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex hardware and software issues.
• Experience managing user accounts, passwords, and access controls.
• Proficiency in supporting hardware maintenance (servers, firewalls, storage, switches, UPS).
• Ability to deploy OS patches and software updates.
• Proactive approach focused on maintaining system reliability.
