Description

You will manage and optimize infrastructure services within a managed services environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration tasks including server installation, hardening, patch management, and vulnerability reviews.
• Maintain infrastructure services across storage, operating systems, Active Directory, and server virtualization.
• Execute after-hours troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Monitor system performance and provide security advisory to drive continuous optimization.
• Interface with vendors to resolve technical service problems and manage server backup and restore procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with on-premises Exchange 2016 and above.
• Experience with SCCM and Azure AD Connect.
• Hands-on knowledge of Certificate Authentication and Key Management Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of Exchange and Active Directory.
• Experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Patch Management.
• Knowledge of IT lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate between technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certification.
