Description

Manage the administration, maintenance, and technical delivery of Unified Communications systems in Singapore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on UC systems and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and manage technical deliverables, including system enhancements and upgrades, within budget and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement solutions and manage technical dependencies with international counterparts and application teams.
• Allocate and optimize resource utilization across various projects and quarterly releases.
• Monitor and address technical risks and issues throughout the project delivery cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration and service delivery.
• Proficiency in NICE Engage Voice Recording / Nice Call Recording systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Unified Communications (UC) systems.
• Proven track record in incident and change management.
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating with external providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage technical dependencies across different departments.
