Description

You will manage technical support, installation, and maintenance for customer networks and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring server and network maintenance across varied environments.
• Manage service desk tickets, including dispatch, assignment, and accurate status updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, and OS configurations.
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and instructional guides.
• Provide after-hours primary or secondary support on a rotational basis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, including user lifecycle and password management.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Support experience for MS Office and Office 365 suites.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server (2008-2022) and Windows Desktop (10/11).
• Knowledge of MFA/SSO setup and Duo MFA troubleshooting.
• Experience managing network equipment including switches, firewalls, and NAS devices.
• Basic understanding of Mac OS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
• Ability to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and anti-virus issues.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
