Description

You will manage and support enterprise cloud environments across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including SharePoint sites, Teams, user accounts, and licenses.
• Author PowerShell scripts to monitor and manage cloud resources and automate service management.
• Monitor system performance, usage, and security across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms.
• Author change control requests and communicate platform updates enterprise-wide.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets concerning SharePoint use, file sharing, and collaboration tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system administration.
• Proven experience using PowerShell to automate cloud application and service management.
• Experience as a SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft 365 Administrator.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Google Apps Manager (GAM) scripting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong ability to collaborate and work independently.
