Description

Manage and optimize end-user systems and endpoint security within an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize end-user systems using Intune management.
• Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 operating systems following security hardening standards.
• Develop and rollout automation scripts to improve end-user experience and system efficiency.
• Conduct POCs, design, and rollout new tools to enhance endpoint capabilities.
• Perform Level 3 troubleshooting and participate in a quarterly on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or endpoint management.
• Expertise in Intune administration and user profile management.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 11 and Windows 10 deployment.
• Experience migrating to Windows 11 in Autopilot and Hybrid Entra Joined environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) using tools like CyberArk EPM, Intune, or BeyondTrust.
• Direct experience with Azure Identity and Endpoint Management.
• Knowledge of monthly patching processes and cybersecurity compliance standards for endpoints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills developed in a Level 3 or higher support capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
