Description

You will design, maintain, and optimize enterprise end-user systems and endpoint security.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-user systems using Microsoft Intune administration.
• Deploy and harden Windows 10/11 operating systems in Autopilot and Hybrid Entra Joined environments.
• Develop and rollout PowerShell automation scripts to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct POCs, design, and implement new tools to enhance endpoint capabilities.
• Perform Level 3 troubleshooting and participate in a quarterly on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or endpoint management.
• Expertise in Intune administration and user profile management.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 11 and Windows 10 deployment.
• Experience migrating to Windows 11 in Autopilot and Hybrid Entra Joined environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) using tools like CyberArk EPM, Intune, or BeyondTrust.
• Direct experience with Azure Identity and Endpoint Management.
• Knowledge of monthly patching processes and cybersecurity compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
