Description

You will design, document, and implement VMware-based container environments within existing virtualized infrastructure. You will integrate new requirements with legacy systems while ensuring high availability across multi-datacenter configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable on-premise platforms integrated with systems management, knowledge management, and disaster recovery tools.
• Develop multi-tenant architectures supporting Active-Active or Active-Passive high availability models.
• Produce design documentation, risk assessments, configuration recommendations, and project timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder reviews to facilitate government acceptance and turnover.
• Administer Atlassian/Jira, including installation and configuration of custom applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in a vSphere virtual server environment.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience in the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Documented experience in Atlassian/Jira administration, including installation and configuration of custom applications.
• Top Secret Clearance.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
