Description

You will deploy, operate, and maintain mission-critical datacenter systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain VxRack systems, including node upgrades and network troubleshooting.
• Provide L2 and L3 support for Windows, VMware ESXi, backup, and network infrastructure.
• Execute migrations from on-premise data center infrastructure to AWS.
• Perform monitoring, security, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery for Unix systems.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for datacenter products and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vSphere environments.
• Proficiency in Windows server administration.
• Experience managing AWS migrations and resource optimization.
• Solid understanding of network troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery protocols.
• Experience with Unix system monitoring and security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Networking.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Dell EMC Best Practices for infrastructure operations.
