Description

You will deploy, operate, and maintain mission-critical datacenter systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 and L3 support for server infrastructure across Windows, VMware ESXi, and Unix environments.
• Execute migrations of on-premise infrastructure to AWS to optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Perform updates to core monitoring applications and troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Manage server inventory, document build/decommission processes, and verify backups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve business issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L2 and L3 support for server-related issues.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, VMware ESXi, and Unix system operations.
• Proficiency in application installation, configuration, and operating system management.
• Experience with backup verifications and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ability to manage VxRack systems and perform network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data trends.
• Effective interpersonal communication for vendor and client interaction.
