Description

You will design, document, and implement VMWare-based container environments and highly available architectures for government stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-tenant, highly available architectures in Active-Active or Active-Passive configurations.
• Deploy scalable on-premise platforms integrated with systems management, disaster recovery, and records management.
• Create design documentation, risk assessments, configuration comparisons, and project timelines.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to review system design and integration for formal government acceptance.
• Integrate new requirements with existing systems through engineering support and consulting.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
• 5+ years of experience in vSphere virtual server environments.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience in the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Documented experience in Atlassian/Jira administration, including installation and configuration.
• Ability to manage 3-4 concurrent projects with varying levels of engagement.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery and records management integration.
• Familiarity with multi-datacenter architecture patterns.
