Description

You will own the management and optimization of user access systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize user access processes, including RBAC and ABAC implementation.
• Conduct user access reviews and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance.
• Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and maintain the role catalog.
• Document user lifecycle processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex data architecture challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IAM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Experience managing user lifecycle (JML) processes.
• Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).
• Proficiency using Jira for task tracking and Agile project management.
• Strong documentation skills using Confluence.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Xray for test management.
• Experience in regulated environments.
