Description

You will manage and support the Exchange and Office 365 environment, including administration, configuration, and lifecycle management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Office 365 environments.
• Design messaging architecture and integrate services with Active Directory and existing software infrastructure.
• Resolve incidents, manage escalations, and handle critical situation disposition and closure.
• Monitor systems proactively to identify performance issues and audit system security compliance.
• Execute core messaging functions including e-discovery and enterprise-wide large-scale broadcast messaging.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud engineering.
• Expertise in Azure AD and Azure AD Connect.
• Hands-on experience managing Exchange and Office 365.
• Proficiency with OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Active Directory integration and messaging architecture.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage new Office 365 technologies as introduced by Microsoft.
