Description

You will own Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) testing and tool development for automotive electronics and ADAS features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute HIL testing using the dSPACE toolchain including ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, MotionDesk, and ModelDesk.
• Develop custom tools and user interfaces using Python and VBA scripting.
• Analyze and debug communication log files using CANoe and CANalyzer.
• Perform requirement analysis using state diagrams and feature-level context diagrams to implement test cases.
• Validate automotive ECUs and ADAS functionality through diagnostic testing.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of experience in automotive ECU testing.
• Proficiency with dSPACE toolchain: AutomationDesk, ControlDesk, MotionDesk, and ModelDesk.
• Strong Python programming skills for tool development, UI creation, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with CAN communication protocols and CANoe/CANalyzer interface tools.
• Ability to interpret Simulink I/O, plant models, and electrical schematics.
• Experience with ADAS features and analysis.
• Competency in VBA scripting for tool automation.
• Knowledge of diagnostic testing and communication log debugging.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Foundation level certification.
• Experience with version control systems and client-server methods.
