Description

You will own the architecture and integration strategy for complex Salesforce environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define full architecture blueprints covering business processes, data, security, and components.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Agentforce, and Tableau.
• Establish system boundaries, guardrails, data models, and integration strategies.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforce solutions and data models to meet specific agency needs.
• Design reusable intake and engagement patterns for multi-agency reuse.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce Architecture principles and design.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Agentforce and Tableau.
• Ability to design solutions aligned with business strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Public Sector Salesforce solutions.
• Experience architecting cross-agency analytics and data flows.
