Description

You will lead the integration of hardware and software components across mechanical, electrical, and firmware teams to meet vehicle milestones.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create system and sub-system requirements derived from vehicle-level needs and drive their implementation and timing.
• Develop system FMEAs, diagnostics, and fault reactions to ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Lead issue triage through log reviews, code reviews, and hardware investigations.
• Collaborate with validation teams to implement test coverage for all system requirements.
• Support initial system bring-up and integration tests at the vehicle level to validate design assumptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Propulsion (EV), Body Electronics, systems architecture, or systems integration.
• Proficiency in electrical systems requirements creation and requirements management software.
• Experience debugging complex electrical, electronic, and software-controlled systems.
• Experience diagnosing CAN, LIN, or Ethernet network issues.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C++.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in simple, definitive, and accurate terms.
• BS or higher in electrical, electronics, systems engineering, or a related field.
