You will lead the integration of payment routing engines into existing systems to ensure compatibility with gateways, processors, and financial institutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of payment routing engines and ensure compatibility with various payment processors and financial institutions.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate communication between applications and payment acquirers.
• Configure and customize payment routing parameters to meet business requirements and optimize transaction flow.
• Conduct technical analysis of existing infrastructure to identify integration points and potential challenges.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime and optimize routing process performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Go and Python.
• Proficiency in JQ and YQ for data manipulation and querying.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful Web Services.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS Aurora.
• Experience with MySQL databases.
• Proficiency with Postman, GIT, and data interchange formats like JSON and XML.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD and Go Templates.
