Description

You will lead the design, development, and integration of electronics, electrical, and software components for home appliance products.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration of firmware, application software, and electrical components for appliances including ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, dryers, and washers.
• Manage the coordination between Appliance Controller Units (ACUs), sensors, actuators, and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Direct cross-functional and global teams to ensure cohesive system design and development.
• Apply critical systems thinking to manage complex hardware and software interdependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system design and system integration.
• Proven ability as a Technical Project Manager or System Integrator.
• Expertise in Critical Systems Thinking.
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience working with ACUs, sensors, actuators, and HMIs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Specific knowledge of the existing Product Platform.
