4+ years administering and supporting enterprise applications/platforms/systems in production environments.
Demonstrated GxP compliance experience is required; familiarity with CSV/validation, audit processes, and documentation standards.
Strong experience with ITIL-based service management (incident, problem, change) and tooling (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
Essential Job Functions:
Ensure end-to-end application/platform/system operations and maintenance meet SLAs and comply with GxP and non-GxP requirements.
Own infrastructure management for assigned applications/platforms, including capacity planning, patching, backup/restore, and disaster recovery readiness.
Coordinate design, configuration, and where applicable light development/customization aligned with architecture and security standards.
Lead and execute qualification/validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Manage incident, problem, and change processes in accordance with ITIL; drive root-cause analysis and continual service improvement.
Act as primary liaison with internal IT functions and external service providers/vendors to ensure stable, secure, and performant operations.
Govern licensing and vendor contracts; monitor usage and optimize costs.
Drive user adoption: onboard new users, deliver consultative demos, training, and usage guidance.
Represent the system during audits and inspections; ensure timely remediation of findings.
Serve as a trusted technology partner to business stakeholders, aligning platform capabilities to business needs.
Drive digital innovation and transformation initiatives as trusted innovation partner.
Assess emerging digital trends and technologies.
Develop and present business cases for digital opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
