Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and operate the Nexthink cloud platform and Portal, including day-to-day monitoring and operational support.
• Support Nexthink Collector deployment, updates, and ongoing health monitoring to ensure consistent data ingestion.
• Configure and maintain dashboards, investigations, campaigns, alerts, and reports for digital experience insights.
• Analyze experience data to identify trends, recurring issues, and degradation patterns across endpoints.
• Develop, test, and maintain Nexthink automations and remediation actions, including scripts in PowerShell and Bash.

Skills Required:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in endpoint/digital experience monitoring and administration
• Nexthink administration and platform operations (cloud platform and Portal)
• PowerShell and Bash for remediation scripting and automation actions
• Data analysis to interpret experience data and drive operational insights
• API integrations and support for Nexthink extensions, including ServiceNow and endpoint management platform integrations

Good to Have:

• Python for scripting and automation support
• Automation tools for workflow orchestration and operational efficiency

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
