Description

Manage AWS services and production support to ensure stable system processing. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain AWS services for consistent system operations.
• Identify abnormal processing conditions and execute resolution actions.
• Coordinate releases, implementations, and production support with internal and external resources.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including conducting and documenting DR testing.
• Update technical documentation and follow escalation procedures to meet service level standards.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in system operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Java, APIs, Kafka, Harness, Jenkins, Terraform, and Linux.
• CI/CD expertise including building, testing, and publishing applications via pipelines.
• CD experience deploying and testing containerized applications via pipelines.
• Observability skills to maintain application reliability through the CI/CD lifecycle.
• Experience with Snow and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of AWS services including S3 Storage, CloudWatch, and AWS EKS.
• Database experience with Redis and DynamoDB.
