Description

You will manage technical issues and initiatives for large-scale applications, systems, and databases. You will resolve complex technical queries, present actionable recommendations, and analyze performance trends to optimize support strategies. You will perform limited programming to fine-tune systems and act as an internal consultant on specific tools and processes. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to functional colleagues and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or equivalent professional background.
• Strong Systems Engineering expertise.
• Ability to analyze technical queries and extract data for database creation.
• Experience performing limited programming to fine-tune system performance.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment when analyzing performance trends.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or military service.
