Description

You will lead the implementation of a statewide medical examiner information system, overseeing planning, execution, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead statewide system implementation to align with organizational requirements and timelines.
• Direct project planning, scheduling, execution, vendor management, and resource allocation.
• Develop implementation plans covering change management, testing protocols, and stakeholder engagement.
• Co-develop end-user training programs and oversee dedicated help desk support teams.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to design workflows and system enhancement roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale system implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or relevant field.
• Proven track record in project planning, execution, and post-deployment support.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies and training program development.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with Business Systems Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• IT Project Management experience.
• Familiarity with medical examiner case management systems or similar technologies.
