Description

Execute manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality and quality across the system test life cycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to verify software requirements.
• Identify, document, and report software defects with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels.
• Analyze test results to assess quality and collaborate with development teams on defect resolution.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT testing, quality assurance, and change management.
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-platform IT development environment.
• Hands-on experience with automated test tools such as Selenium or Leapwork.
• Proficiency with SQL and basic database knowledge.
• Experience using tracking tools like ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to interpret test cases for high-level and functional processes.
• Strong process and gap analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of experience specifically with QA testing and script writing.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and ServiceNow.
