You will maintain and troubleshoot production systems within a NOC environment, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain system uptime in a 24/7 operational setting.
• Manage virtual machines and perform Microsoft Windows administration tasks.
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to monitor operations and key performance metrics.
• Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual toil.
• Manage data workflows using Azure and AWS cloud services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional IT experience.
• 10+ years of scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• 8+ years of Microsoft Windows administration and virtual machine management.
• 8+ years of network troubleshooting experience (Network+ certification preferred).
• 8+ years of operational experience in a NOC or similar high-availability environment.
• 8+ years of experience with Azure and AWS services, including ADF, Databricks, Azure Key Vault, S3, and ADLS.
• 8+ years of PowerBI experience with dashboard development.
• 8+ years of SQL and TSQL experience, including SparkSQL.
