Description

You will own the development, troubleshooting, and implementation of computer systems and software components.

Responsibilities

• Execute software development tasks using C#, COBOL, JCL, and CICS for mainframe and CCAD initiatives.
• Develop and maintain code to access DB2 and SQL Server DBMS.
• Conduct reverse engineering of current state systems and create process documentation for current and future states.
• Design, implement, and test software changes within asset management and production environments.
• Troubleshoot system issues to determine root causes and provide resolution options.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system development or a related field.
• Proficiency in .NET technologies, specifically C# and .NET Framework.
• Mandatory experience with mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Strong DB2 and MS SQL skills with a deep understanding of SQL.
• Ability to create comprehensive software design documentation.
• Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Competency in software testing, including design and development testing.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data science tools such as Python.
• Experience with process automation.
