Description

You will provide technical support for Windows environments and hardware infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft Windows 10 and higher operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Office 365 applications and services.
• Perform hardware upgrades including disk, memory, network, and video components.
• Physically move workstations and monitors as required by workload.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows 10 or higher.
• Advanced skill in supporting Office 365.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience managing print servers.
• Understanding of basic security principles.
• Ability to complete projects independently or within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple levels of priority in a changing workload.
