Description

You will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring reliable operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues onsite and remotely to minimize end-user downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
• Manage and monitor system performance, proactively identifying and implementing solutions.
• Assist with user administration, including account creation, permissions, and password management.
• Maintain system documentation, including installation guides and troubleshooting logs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a system support or IT support role.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and security (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Proficiency with VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment.
