Description

You provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for TrakSYS MES applications to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and maintain high availability and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues by coordinating with development, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, network teams, and vendors.
• Query and analyze SQL Server databases to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support system integrations with ERP systems (SAP), WMS (BlueYonder), and PLCs (KepServer OPC).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (version 12 knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting integrations with SAP and BlueYonder.
