Description

You will provide second-level technical support for approximately 1,250 staff and 4,000 devices across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware and software issues via remote support and desk-side assistance.
• Manage device deployments using MECM GUI, headless images, and task sequence software packages.
• Perform hardware technical assessments and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Update hardware and software assignments within Manifest.
• Coordinate hardware repairs by reporting failures to vendors such as Dell warranty support.
• Install, move, and image laptops, PCs, printers, and Kofax scanners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 11 Operating System and M365.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for imaging and deployment.
• Knowledge of MS Exchange to M365 Cloud Mail Migration.
• Familiarity with Tanium Security Platform and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Ability to troubleshoot DUO, NetMotion, and network resource connectivity.
• Valid California Driver's License with willingness to drive throughout Sacramento County.
• Strong diagnostic skills to analyze and resolve customer problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale environments with distributed locations.
