Description

Support software test and tool development for medical equipment projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop application software including test automation.
• Create test strategies, plans, reports, test cases, and test scripts.
• Debug automation framework architecture and development issues to improve UT/IT frameworks.
• Develop functionality within application software.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across software development and verification teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of experience in software development and testing of medical device systems (Class II & Class III).
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Extensive Python experience, including threading, multiprocessing, Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, PyTest, and Cucumber.
• Experience building test frameworks and automating complex workflows using Selenium and Squish.
• Proficiency with Git, GitBucket, GitLab, Accurev, Jira, Jenkins, and Windchill.
• Hands-on expertise in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and System Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with ISO and FDA documentation and compliance for medical devices.
